A good link exchange campaign is the key to achieving good rankings for competitive keywords. Our link exchange campaigns are human powered, and done completely manually. This step of Search Engine Optimsation involves

  These are websites which complement your website in content and have a good search engine presence
•   Securing The Link Exchange - This involves contacting the webmasters or site owners and getting our link reciprocated

1. The Reciprocal Link Building Process

• Link Partner Identification
  Based on the client's site and the keywords to be targeted, our Link Managers identify potential link partners that fit our selection criteria for exchanging links.
• Link Upload and Tracking
  To establish a base for reciprocating link requests, we proactively upload the links for identified partners on our client's site. A separate sheet is maintained to track completion of link reciprocation from the partner sites.
• Webmaster Correspondence
  Our Link Managers professionally communicate with the webmasters of the already identified link-partner sites and request them to enlist us in their “resources/links” section creating a link back to our client's site.
• Follow-up Correspondence
  The correspondence for link request is followed up by two reminders to the webmasters who have yet not linked back to our client's site.
• Clean-up of non-reciprocating links
  After repeat requests and a sufficiently long duration, the links to all the sites that have still not linked back are removed and the process is repeated all over again.

2. Link Selection Criteria

• The page on which the link exists (inclusion page) will be cached by Google.
• The inclusion page shall not have a robots tag with a “no follow” value.
• Partner will be from a relevant/complimentary industry, bringing value to the human visitors.
• The client's link will not be put on any link farm or spammy/black-hat pages

3. Monthly Link Report

A report listing all the sites that have been contacted for a link exchange will be generated every month. It will detail the information about the number of confirmed incoming links, links awaiting confirmation and links dropped from the list. We will also provide a complete report at the end of every campaign.

4. Pricing

We offer three link building packages, all with a minimum of 40% of links with a Google Page Ranking of 3 + :

1. Economy package

£300 for 50 manually sourced themed reciprocal links, includes key phrase research. No monthly reports, full link dtails available on completion of link building. Cost per link = £6 .

2. Small business package

£200 per month for 6 months -300 manually sourced themed reciprocal links, includes key phrase research & monthly reports. Cost per link = £4

3. Power linking package (recommended)

£250 per month for 10 months - 500 manually sourced themed reciprocal links, + 100 one way Directory links. Includes key phrase research, monthly reports, and link maintenance (re-optimisation for existing of new key words which need to be targeted for the site). Cost per link = £3.33
